Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek, an American actress. Her best-known work is her roles as Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 movie White Chicks Danielle Brooks of the USA Network series Covert Affairs as well as Dr. Amber Volakis of the Fox show House. Dudek is an Massachusetts native who attended Northwestern University. It was there that she got her first role as an actor, on stage in The Iphigenia Cycle. Following the Broadway run, she went to New York City and won a Joseph E.Calloway Award. American Theater Magazine named her among the top ten emerging actors who are worth watching. Dudek went on to land the roles on TV and film. Between 2008 and 2016, the talented actress was married to Matthew Heller. Dudek, born 22nd March 1975, was born from Boston Massachusetts but raised in Newton. She attended Northwestern University in her early period, where she performed in various productions of theater and on Broadway making her debut in the show of the Wrong Mountain in 2000. Later, she won the Connecticut Critics Circle Award in the recognition of her role in The Glass Menagerie. She then appeared on television first starring in The Book Group, a British comedy drama The Book Group. She has since guest-starred in a variety of other television shows, such as Desperate Housewives How I Met Your Mother Friends ER Charmed Bones, Numb3rs, and Six Feet Under. The pilot episode of Psych she played Lucinda, as well as in Law & Order Criminal Intent a female teacher who was in a relationship of homosexuality to a student. Dudek then landed a recurring role on House starting in the fourth season, playing Amber Volakis one of the forty doctors who are being considered for consideration by Dr. Gregory House for permanent positions within his team. Dudek continued playing her role throughout the whole season. However, she was killed during Wilson's head as well as the House's heart two-part episode finale. House also saw her as a fake during the Saviors episode in season five. Dudek was later seen in Big Love and Mad Men in various roles, including Alby Grant's antagonistic husbands, Francine Hanson. Dudek became a member of Covert Affairs in 2010, as Danielle Brooks. She is the character's sister. Dudek also played Tiffany Wilson, the cruise-line owner of the cruise line in White Chicks (2004 comedy) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
